(More customer reviews)The watch case pictured here is extremely nice, however when I received the delivery, the case that I got was an older model that was not as nice as I had expected. When I called the customer service reps about it, they immediately recognized the mistake and not only sent the correct case out right away, they also paid for the old case to be returned. I believe that the customer service department is just as important as the actual product, and I was more than satisfied with how this situation was handled. I would definitely recommend doing business with this company again!
